How To Get In The Mood When You’re Not

Getting In The MoodGetting into the mood for sex isn’t always as easy as it sounds. If you’ve had a hard day, or things are going wrong, most of us chickidees just don’t go looking for sex as a result. We tend to just want to curl up in bed and go to sleep.

If HSDD is not your problem, then chances are you’re just a bit down and out and need a little help getting in the mood. 

What are some sure fire ways to do that?

My #1 pick is a bubble bath. Especially if you light some candles to set around the tub. There’s just something about being naked by candle light that really does the trick. Plus, it helps you relax enough after a long day to be able to set your day aside and enjoy the task at hand.

#2. Exchange massages. Very few things are as sensual as a nice massage. Just be sure you make it very clear that it’s massage ONLY until you’ve relaxed enough to get in the mood. Because when you’re not in the mood, somebody copping a feel just doesn’t make for a relaxing massage.

#3. Work out. I know this sound contradictory to getting in the mood, but really, it’s a great solution. You’ll fee attractive when you’re done, and the endorphins will kick in. You’ll be relaxed, and after a quick shower, you’ll be much more likely to be in the mood.
